Returns

Due to the Print on Demand nature of our business, products purchased from this store are not returnable. This includes the following reasons:

    • The order is no longer needed.
    • Incorrect options were selected when placing an order.
    • The file provided contains errors.

Replacements or refunds will only be offered in the following circumstances:

    • Production of an order has not yet started.
    • It can be proven we made the order incorrectly.
    • The product has been lost or damaged during shipping.

To avoid any potential problems, we strongly recommend double-checking all details before placing an order. Please also allow enough time for the order to be completed. If you need to request changes, this must be done before production begins.

If a product has been made incorrectly or has arrived damaged, you must let us know within two weeks of receiving the product. Where there is a need to investigate, the cost of collection will be covered by us.
